UMAG
town and harbor on NW on the Istrian coast.
When you yacht in Umag you should take care of a number of shoals. The harbor is a good shelter from all winds and sea except N and N-NW. So cold Bura(est wind E) wind may be strong but does not create waves. Summer storms are short but dangerous because they form waves in the marina.
